This latex inner tube not only offers you the possibility to adapt the performance of wider "Open Tubular" tyres to the performance of tubular tyres. The latex material also offers a lower rolling resistance for every type of tyre and makes the tube-tyre system more resistant to punctures. Those features make this tube especially suitable for use on a cross bike.

Mit dem Schlauch fahren sich die Open Tubular Reifen wie echt Schlauchreifen. Der Druckverlust im Laufe der nächsten Tage ist normal. Haltbarkeit: bis jetzt keinen Platten nach 3 Monaten Intensivnutzung

Guter Latexschlauch. Leicht und wenig pannenanfällig. Muss halt öfter aufgepumpt werden. Dafür lässt sich das Ventil abschrauben und per Verlängerung auch in Hochprofilfelgen verwendbar.

Very light latex tube, I use it in combination with Challenge Grifo tyres. Very low rolling resistance, a pleasure to ride on. However, the tube needs to be pumped up every week, as latex loses air faster than butyl.

Mittlerweile ist bei mir schon der zweite Latex Schlauch mit einem Riesenknall in der Wohnung mehrere Tage nach der Montage ohne Fremdeinwirkung explodiert! Vom Ventil ausgehend zieht sich ein langer Riss durch den Schlauch. Hatte mir gerade noch einen Latex-Ersatzschlauch bestellt, werde diesen aber umgehend wieder zurücksenden.
