Details

The DT Swiss Revolution spoke is the lightest round spoke you can find in the range of DT Swiss. The spoke is cold forgedn to reduce the centre diameter to 1.5 mm.

• Material: stainless steel/cold forged
• Round spoke/double butted
• Intended use: Road & MTB

Thickness
• Elbow: 2.0 mm
• Centre: 1.5 mm
• Thread: 2.0 mm

In the box: 20 silver spokes in the length of your choice, without nipples

Note: Do not use the spokes in combination with DT Swiss PRO LOCK nipples!

First time ever building a wheel and i choose revs. For me it seemed easy enoght, and expected a much more headache after reading various info on web regarding those spokes and the twisting issue. Twistting indeed was there when aproaching my rim given tension but solved it by turning back a bit and stress relieving. Checked after 150 km and found same tension, same trueness.
I've build with dt swiss XR 331, revs on both side with 32spokes and Shimano XT as a front wheel, used brass sqorx nipples.
Only test remaining is the time test :)
