They are ideal on the go, as the carbohydrate mixture comes in practical tablet form, can be easily taken along and melts slowly in your mouth when chewing. The tablets lemon flavour is a welcome refreshment. The basis of the four carbohydrate sources is fructose, dextrose, saccharose and maltodextrin.
