My experience with Rose bikes has been very bad. I bet on buying a Rose gravel with the full expectation that I was investing in the best quality and attention. And this, despite the fact that I knew that I would have to wait for my bike for months due to stock problems.
After 5 months of waiting, my Backroad AL bike arrived with noticeable quality issues that are hard to miss. First, after tightening, the front wheel is tilted >5mm to the side at the fork (not dishing but the fork). Second, the grip tape on the left side of the handlebar arrived damaged at the tip.
I am totally disappointed with the quality of Rose bikes. Again, these flaws are notable which indicates that Rose's bar of quality is crap. I regret having bought by this brand.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran liegt, dass es das erste Gravelbike in dieser Qualitätsklasse ist, aber ich liebe es. Ich komme eher aus dem Bereich Enduro/Freeride MTB und wäre da nie bei Rose gelandet, aber dieses Gravelbike hat sich innerhalb weniger Wochen zum meist gefahrenen Modell meines Fuhrparks entwickelt, einfach weil es das Beste zweier Welten kombiniert. Klar mache ich damit keine Sprünge wie mit dem Freeride Downhillbike, aber ich nehme schon auch mal ein paar Trails mit dem Gravelbike mit und bin im Gelände unterwegs und trotzdem auf der Straße und auf Feldwegen sehr schnell.

Super Rad.
Aber leider nach 500 Knacken im Tretlager, ausgebaut, vermutlich falsch eingepresst, eine Seite in die Hülse gepresst. Nach dem ich dieses gewechselt habe keine Probleme mehr bin super Happy 😊

Das Fahrrad macht Spaß - wenn es denn fährt !!!
7 Wochen konnte ich wegen der Auswechselung der Sattelstütze in der Hauptsaison nicht fahren. Weiterhin bisher drei Mal ein platter Reifen beim Fahren durch Schotter (tatsächlich sehr traurig bei einem 2000 € teurem Gravel- (=Schotter !!!) Bike.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad und der Kommunikation mit Rose. Nach der ersten Fahrt merkte ich, daß die Schaltung und Bremsen nicht korrekt eingestellt waren. Die Fahrradwerkstatt vor Ort hat die Korrekturen vorgenommen, die Rechnung habe ich an Rose weiter gereicht, die mir den Betrag dann überwiesen haben. Anschließend gab es einen Sicherheitsrückruf für die Sattelstütze. Dieser wurde zunächst durch Rose kommuniziert und anschließend eine neue Sattelstütze im Austausch plus Gutschein geschickt.

Absolument conquis !
Je cherchais un vélo pour le vélotaf et ce backroad est une merveille pour mon utilisation au quotidien. Ce petit bijou est vif et polyvalent, en monoplateau, c'est un régal de facilité à l'usage.
En plus, la qualité de fabrication est vraiment excellent, les soudures sont lissées, on dirait presque un cadre en carbone !

Schönes Bike! Doch die Plastikstopfen in den Gewindelöchern sind der größte Müll!!! Mir ist einer abgebrochen und es half nur noch aufbohren! Es gibt wesentlich elegantere Lösungen! Wirklich schlecht gemacht!

Dazu sind die Bremsen sehr schlecht voreingestellt und die Verpackung lässt auch viel zu wünschen übrig. Bei meinem Karton war der mittlere untere Plastikverschluss weg und sie schaute die Kurbel unten heraus. Danke für die Kratzer!
