Bike kam gut verpackt bei mir an und alle Teile zur Montage waren vorhanden.

Bei der Montage musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Qualität der Schrauben und Aufnahmen schlecht ist:

1. Montage der Sattelstütze: trotz Drehmoment hat sich das Gegengewinde rundgedreht. Nach Reklamation wurde schnell Ersatz gesendet. Damit alles ordentlich hält, empfehle ich allerdings die Verwendung einer minimal längeren Inbus.

2. Lenkerschraube: trotz Drehmoment hat sich 1 von 4 Schrauben rundgedreht.

Bin jetzt die ersten 400 km mit dem Bike gefahren (Asphalt, Schotter, Plastersteine und Wald). Soweit so gut.

Pros: Rollverhalten und Handling top, Sram Schaltung war gut eingestellt.

Cons: minderwertige Schrauben und Aufnahmen, Scheibenbremse hinten ganz schlecht eingestellt/Druckpunkt fast nicht vorhanden.

Neutral: Kundenservice zwecks Reklamation war schwer zu erreichen, aber die ET-Lieferung war promt.

Bezüglich der Auslieferung an den Kunden erwartet man, dass vor allem die Schaltgruppe und Bremsen top eingestellt werden. Leider hat mich Rose hier enttäuscht. Prüft also vor dem Kauf, wo die nächste (Partner)-Werkstatt liegt, oder fordert Kostenübernahme bei Rose …

Finde es schade dass im Lieferumfang der RWS Hebel zur Montage des Reifens nicht dabei ist. Vor allen dingen schickt die Konkurrenz alle benötigen Teile mit.

Einfach ein richtig geiles Rad. Mein erstes Gravel, das wie-für-mich-gemacht Fahrrad. Das Apex habe ich genommen, da es das einzig sofort lieferbare war. Das wäre nicht meine erste Wahl gewesen, dennoch bin ich vollauf zufrieden damit. Dazu wsr die Lieferung pünktlich, die Verpackung vorbildlich. Schön wäre es, wenn der Karton mit Pfand belegt wäre und zurück genommen würde, denn er ist sehr stabil und taugt für Wiederverwendung
