The bike features the new 12-speed SHIMANO Ultegra Di2 groupset. The optimised Di2 system triggers lightning-fast gear changes. Everything is designed for speed and performance, for example the ergonomic and technologically optimised shift and brake levers. They allow for unparalleled control and comfort in challenging races.
Aerodynamic & agile
ROSE RC SIXTY carbon wheels make the XLITE even more aerodynamic and efficient. High-quality Newmen hubs and SAPIM bladed aero spokes give the wheel even better aerodynamics and outstanding stability. The 1620 g light, elegant carbon rim with 60 mm rim height, 29.5 mm rim width and 3 mm offset is equipped with super-fast Schwalbe Pro ONE TT road bike tyres.
Perfect design & full integration
The very stiff, light (approx. 395 g) and aerodynamic ROSE Race Carbon One-Piece cockpit perfectly integrates into the design concept of the XLITE. The design (83 mm reach, 130 mm drop, 3° flare) of the set-up allows for a modern, sporty riding position and style. It is a great bike, fast and yet comfortable. my rating is between 4 and 5 stars, since there are some major flops from Rose.
1. 60mm deep rims on a bike which is not 100% aero bike, but sits in the range of universal road bikes for all terrains is very stupid idea. Great for flats but too heavy and slow on longer and steeper climbs. Wheels are stiff and well build, no complaints about it, but somehow are killing the frame qualities in some ocassions. Dear Product manager - think about it please.
2. Schwalbe TT tyres - why on earth you put these useless tyres, everyone is putting them away immeadiatelly. this is not TT bike.
3. Frame is rather smaller than other brands with similar size - you might need to change the cockpit lenght.
Reasons to buy:
If you do some changes, you will simply love this bike. Borealis green colour is fantastic. Bike is very responsive and offers also enough comfort. Cockpit is easy to set up, even if you need to change it (good engineering). It looks fast, it rides fast :-)

Das Rad ist super, dafür 5 Sterne. Aber der Service von Rose ist stark verbesserungswürdig!! Ein Stern.
Die Klemme für die Sattelstütze lag im Tretlager und musste von der Werkstatt entfernt werden.
Sollte eigentlich in der Beiliegenden Mappe sein. Na ja kann ja mal passieren. Aber dann ist mir aufgefallen, das die Schraube vom Expander total vermurkst und schief eingedreht ist! Da ich befürchte, das die nicht problemlos zu lösen ist, soll das von Rose gemacht werden. Wie kann man so etwas ausliefern? Arbeiten dort wirklich gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter?
Ausserdem ist ein falscher Lenker verbaut worden. Ein Lenker vom Reveal.
Qualitätskontrolle bei Rose?
Auf einen Werkstattermin warte ich aktuell immer noch. Emails werden von Rose nur sehr sehr zögerlich beantwortet, wenn überhaupt. Wie wäre es, wenn ihr mich einfach mal per Telefon kontaktiert. Immerhin habe ich für das Rad 5999€ bezahlt. Dafür kann man doch wohl ein einwandfreies Rad verlangen.
Ob ich nochmal bei Rose etwas kaufe????

Leider beim Transport wohl das Schaltauge verbogen. Da kann das Fahrrad aber nichts für....

Das Fahrrad an sich ist hervorragend! Es sieht klasse aus, rollt super und macht einen super Eindruck auf den ersten kurzen Ausfahrten. Hoffentlich wird es bald wärmer und es kann sich bei langen Touren bewähren.
Allerdings gab es im Lieferprozess Schwierigkeiten: Die Sattelstütze hatte eine Schramme und eine Schraube am Vorbau fehlte. Der Service und die Kommunikation per E-Mail war allerdings Weltklasse! Einen Tag später wurde ein Paket mit neuer Sattelstütze und Schraube versandt. Nach vollständigem Aufbau merkte ich bei Lenkbewegungen ein Geräusch im Inneren des Rahmens. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme wieder ein super Service - einen Tag nach Anfrage einen Termin in der nächstgelegenen Werkstatt bekommen und innerhalb von wenigen Tagen das Problem behoben - ein Schlauch um die Züge wurde vergessen und nachgerüstet. Alles in Allem ein hervorragender Service, besser gehts nicht. Die Mängel sind aber natürlich trotzdem nicht wünschenswert und Mist. Am Ende würde ich mir das Bike beim nächsten Mal in einen Store bestellen und dort aufbauen lassen. Trotz der anfänglichen Komplikationen kann ich Rose und dieses Bike nur empfehlen.

Great looking bike! Very responsive and fast as well. The only downside is that the bike is quite a lot heavier than what it is written on the website.
