Thanks to the VENTURI membrane and taped seams, the outer jacket effectively defies rain. At the same time, the material is very breathable, which creates an optimal body climate in the jacket and prevents unpleasant heat build-up from spoiling your outdoor experience. The fleece inner jacket serves as an insulating layer. This not only provides excellent warmth, but can also be easily separated from the outer jacket and worn on its own thanks to the zipper.

VENTURI:
This membrane has a soft feel and lies between the outer and lining fabric. Depending on the model, a 2- or 3-layer laminate is processed and joined with different outer fabrics to match the intended use. The membrane is windproof, waterproof with a rating of at least 10,000 mm as well as breathable with at least 10,000 g /m²/24 h. The coarse and fine molecular bonds of the efficient laminate allow water vapour to escape easily, so that a pleasantly dry and moderate climate constantly prevails. What’s more, there are modifications of the VENTURI that have been specially developed for different (weather) conditions.
Attention: If the seams are not taped, this can sometimes affect the windproof and waterproof properties of the product, as air or moisture can penetrate at these points.
