The Schwalbe RACING RALPH Evolution in the Super Race version is part of the newest stage of development for Schwalbe’s Evolution Line mountain bike tyres.

With this tyre, the traditional German manufacturer is addressing the increasing demands of modern cross-country riders.
Schwalbe designed this tyre for use on the rear wheel and equipped the RACING RALPH with the “Super-Race” casing, which was especially designed for use in competitions. After all, no other discipline puts this much focus on rolling resistance and weight. That’s why the tyre has a smoothly-rolling, two-layer casing as well as the RaceGuard puncture protection under the centre tread. In addition, three more carcass layers at the sides protect against cuts and snake bites. The foldable bead core also makes tubeless mounting easier.

The Road Racer has long been Schwalbe’s versatile and fast XC-profile for the speed junkies among us. The countless gripping edges in the middle area bite into the ground and provide excellent traction and therefore outstanding propulsion. Stable shoulder knobs result in very good grip on slopes. In addition, the profile rolls silently and impresses with extremely low rolling resistance.
It doesn’t matter whether its a speedy XC-race or long Marathon competition – the tyre’s well-designed profile creates a fantastic combination of acceleration, curve handling, grip, rolling resistance and braking performance.

The ADDIX-Speed rubber compound rounds out the package, having been designed especially for XC uses, winning points for its low rolling resistance and high durability.

With the “Super-Race” casing, the RACING RALPH offers excellent rolling resistance and a very low weight. This makes it your best bet when you’re putting everything on one card in the competition.
But if you want to take your tyre on long tours or have more puncture protection for competitions, then the RACING RALPH with the “Super-Ground” casing is the better choice (prod. code: 2306373).

The RACING RALPH rear tyre is part of Schwalbe’s proven MTB tyre combination, delivering excellent overall performance together with the RACING RAY on the front wheel (prod. code: 2306376).
