The Schwalbe Winter provides excellent control on icy roads. Even when braking hard, everything will remain under control. For extreme cornering, we recommend you to go for the Schwalbe Marathon Winter (prod. code: 1724736). The spikes work best on ice when running at minimum pressure, while at maximum pressure the tyres can be ridden on ice-free roads with minimal road noise.
