Silca Hirobel Frame Clamp for Workstands

What if your bike cannot be clamped in a classic workstand, due to its materials, frame shape, wall thickness or weight distribution? SILCA has found a solution to this problem – with the Hirobel frame clamp!
With Hirobel, the bike frame is not directly clamped, but fixed with a flexible extra holder in the clamp of your existing workstand.

This solution avoids clamping the bike at the top tube or seat post, which is a great advantage especially for carbon tubes or very thin aluminium tubes. Thanks to its flexible construction, the Hirobel holder also holds extraordinary tube and frame shapes reliably, while protecting their paintwork.

Using the holder is very simple.
First, the robust aluminium profile is fixed in the place provided for it on your workstand’s clamp. The gap between the flexible holding brackets made of high-quality silicone can be individually adjusted so they can best be fitted directly in the frame triangles of your bike. Wall thicknesses are generally the highest there and the contact surface to the frame is maximised to ensure a better distribution of forces. By adjusting the brackets, you can also optimise the weight distribution, which can increase stability.
After that, you can place your bike with its top tube on the rotatable silicone brackets. Thanks to integrated cable channels, frames with external cable routing can be handled as well. By means of the adjustable rubber straps, you can secure your bike in the SILCA Hirobel frame holder.
