Details

High-grade and very precisely manufactured pulley with the possibility of readjusting the cable tension. This superior part allows you to use STI or Aero brake levers in combination with a V-brake. With this combination, strong and easily modulated brakes on cross or globetrotter bicycles can be realised with ease.

Zur Bewertung: Sehr fummelig zu installieren. Wenn man es nicht schafft, verklemmt es sich und macht den Bremszug kaputt. Auch nachdem ich es geschafft hatte, hat sich die Bremsleistung nicht verbessert.

Schon seit Jahren ist die Umlenktrolle im Betrieb und läuft, läuft, … . Es gibt nichts was kaputtgehen könnte. In Kombination mit Edelstahl-Bowdenzug korrodiert nichts. Ab und zu bekommt die Rolle ein wenig Öl von mir. Wer nicht schmiert, fährt nicht.

Montage etwas frickelig, funktioniert aber gut. An der Stelle (Loch) wo der Seilzug vom großen auf den kleinen Durchmesser wandert ist die Materialstärke leider etwas gering, so daß es dort ausbrechen kann.

Habe die Umlenkrollen abmontiert und gegen V-Brake taugliche Bremsgriffe getauscht. Das Bremsgefühl ist nun deutlich besser. Nachteil der Umlenkrollen: der Bremszug lässt sich nur so lange nachspannen, bis die Schraube an der Umlenkrolle draußen ist. Danach muss der Bremszug getauscht werden, da der Bremszug beim Übergang von der kleinen auf die Rolle stark geknickt . Wir der Bremszug an der Bremse nachgespannt, so " wandert" dieser Knick auf die Große Rolle. Beim Bremsen wird er dann in u.U. in das Gehäuse gezogen, so dass die Bremse nicht wieder löst.

Bei einem fehlte die Qeurbohrung im Umlenkrädchen. Wurde natürlich problemlos umgetauscht. Ansonsten nicht ganz billig, aber eine gute Lösung.
