Has your address changed?
You can change your address for future orders in your customer account under “My Billing Address”. Please note that this is only your billing address. You can change your delivery address during every checkout.
How do I change my address?
You can update your billing and delivery address directly in your shopping cart during checkout. You also have the option of updating your billing address in your customer account.
You’ve already placed your order, but you wish to use a different delivery address?
If the order has not yet been package, you can cancel it and place a new order with the correct address. Once your package has been transferred to our shipping partner, you will receive an email from them about your package. After this point, the delivery address can no longer be changed. If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us and processed as a return.
You want your order to be sent to a different country?
If you wish to place an order from a different country, please select your desired country using the corresponding flag (top left of the page) to switch to the corresponding country page. There you can log in with your usual username and password and enter the new address in the shopping cart during checkout.
Have you moved or your package could not be delivered?
In this case, the package will be returned to us and we will refund your order within 2-4 days after receiving the package. Please check your address and place your order again with the correct address.
Did you move to a different country?
Then you need to create a new account with us. Look under “How do I change my address?” to find out how you can update your billing address.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
It is not possible to make changes to the delivery address of a completed order.
As long as your order has not yet been packed and shipped, you can have it cancelled through our customer service and place a new order after changing the address in your customer account. If you are not able to cancel your order and it can’t be delivered, the parcel will be sent back to us and we will refund your payment.
