Many large vents also contribute an extra portion of airflow, so that you can feel the breeze on hot summer days.

MONOMAT:
The helmet shell on this model is made from just a single material, polystyrene. This ensures a robust design while simultaneously allowing for easier potential recycling, as fewer different materials need to be separated.
 
RP ROTATIONAL IMPACT TEST:
In this manufacturer’s own test procedure, RUDY PROJECT tests its helmets for rotational impact, i.e. the angled impact that can occur in the event of a bicycle crash. To pass this test procedure, the helmet must achieve a value of less than 0.68 on the Brain Inquiry Criterion. This value measures the probability of a brain injury. The RP ROTATIONAL IMPACT TEST therefore recognises helmets with a lower risk of injury in the event of a rotational impact. 
 
RSR 12:
Behind this abbreviation lies the 'Retention System' from RUDY PROJECT, which is the individually and precisely adjustable adjustment system from the Italian manufacturer. Using a small dial, you can adjust your helmet in height and width for a comfortable, secure fit. This system is constantly being optimised and is used on this cycling helmet in its twelfth version.
 
FASTEX:
The easy-to-use, ergonomic snap buckle allows you to quickly, easily and safely close the helmet for excellent safety and stability.
