Highlights & Technologies:

INMOLD:
The liner is fused with the outer shell under high pressure and strong heat for a lasting connection. This makes the helmet very robust and lightweight.

HI-EPS:
The inner shell is made from High Expanded Polystyrene with microscopically small air chambers that absorb the forces acting on the helmet in the event of an impact.

CERAMIC SHELL:
A break- and scratch-resistant polycarbonate outer shell that is pressed onto an Hi-EPS body under high pressure and with intense heat. UV-resistant and antistatic.

EDGE PROTECT:
Sharp edges are eliminated during the manufacturing process in order to protect your hands when using the helmet as well as to effectively protect your neck and shoulders in case of an impact.

RUN SYSTEM ERGO PRO:
By using the Run system, the size of the helmet can be individually adjusted with the simple dial. The range-topping fit system by ALPINA offers two rubber-coated wing-shaped headrests for optimal pressure distribution. A smooth-running rubber coated dial allows for precise adjustments.

CUSTOM FIT SYSTEM:
In order to fit different head shapes, helmets need a flexible fitting system. In combination with the Run System, CUSTOM FIT ensures a non-slip fit. The neck strap at the rear of the head can be tilted at three different angles for a snug fit without pressure points.

ERGOMATIC:
The strap closure with a red press button and a multi-step ratchet mechanism can be operated with one hand only. It won't become loose in case of a fall.

Y-CLIP:
A helmet can only provide best protection if it remains in the optimal position in case of a crash. The adjustment and fixation of the two straps under the ear are very important for this. The Y-clip system ensures easy and precise adjustment.

FLY NET:
A mesh fabric in the front vents serves as an anti-insect mesh. It prevents insects from entering the helmet, thus protecting from insect stings without compromising on air flow.
