Details

The ROSE Pro Duo Plus pedals are perfectly suitable for touring bikes and MTBs. Their open design in the cleat area is resistant to dirt. On the other side of the pedal, there are 4 height-adjustable and shock-absorbing elastomers that can be precisely adjusted to the respective shoes. Thanks to its low weight and built-in cartridge bearings, the Pro Duo Plus can be recommended for heightened demands.

Super Pedal, leicht, flach, sehr robust, haltbar, habe es am Tourenrad montiert, Regenfahrten, Winterfahrten, würde es sofort wieder kaufen. Besitze es seit zwei Jahren mit ca. 10.000 km, werde es dem nächst nochmal kaufen, damit meine NW- Extreme Winterschuhe mit SPD- Klicker auch am Rennrad passen.

Die Pedalen sehen gut aus und sich vergelichsweise (Shimano) leicht. Leider lösen sie teilweise nur sehr schwergängig aus (auch bei lockerer Einstellung). Stellt man sie ganz locker ein, besteht die Gefahr, dass sich die Schraube ganz löst und man unterwegs Teile verliert. Ich habe die Pedalen aus den o.g. positiven Gründen nun zum zweiten mal gekauft. Und leider auch zum zweiten mal die gleichen Probleme...

... habe die Pedale schon über 10000 km gefahren. Und sie tun ihren Dienst immer noch recht gut! Kein Spiel und keine Geräusche der Lagerung. Ab und zu mal Platten der Schuhe schmieren - und man hat auch kein Quietschen mehr. Meine Vorgängerpedale von Shimano wären bei dieser Laufleistung schon längst wieder auf dem Pedalfriedhof. Ich fahre diese Pedale überwiegend im Klickmodus.

Bestellte mir die Pedale als Ersatz für 4 Jahre Standard Pedale, da diese nach der Zeit begannen, zu knarzen. Xtreme Pedale waren schneller. Nach ca. 1000 km und einem Winter, der kein Winter war (kaum Salz), habe ich nun wieder das Leid, mir ordentliche Pedale auszusuchen. Pedale knarzen und rosten. Für mich ist dies keine Qualität, auch nicht in diesem Preissegment. Auch bin ich nicht bereit, Pedale aufzschrauben, zu schmieren und wieder zu montieren. Aber bitte, dies ist meine Meinung! Den Klick- Mechanismus bin ich nur einige Male gefahren, soweit funktioniert er. Aber wie schon beschrieben, Knarzen toppt Klickfunktion und somit kann ich diese Pedale nicht empfehlen.

Leicht und gutes Ein- sowie Ausrasten. Auf der anderen Seite guter Halt auch mit Cleat Schuhen. Ideal um an kniffligen Passagen aus zu klicken. Würde ich wieder kaufen!
