Artikel nie eingetroffen. Drei Monate nach Bestellung kommt eine Mail, dass der Artikel nicht mehr verfügbar sei.
Keine Antworten auf Emails vom Kundenservice.
Anhängerkupplung wurde geliefert, Anhänger und Gepäcknetz nicht. Wofür wurde denn die Anhängerkupplung geliefert? Damit sie gut aussieht am Fahrrad?
Nie mehr Rose. Der Kundendiest ist absolut unterirdisch.
