The use of the test bike is at your own risk and liability. The rider is personally liable for damages caused, including damages to the test bike, other objects and persons. The rider confirms that ROSE Bikes GmbH has properly and sufficiently explained the functioning of the bike and assures that he/she will not pass the bike on to third parties for test purposes.
