Lenkungsdämper ist seit 4 Jahren (25.000 km) an meinem Fahrrad. Erfüllt sehr gut seine Funktion. Etwas ungünstig Konstruiert ist die Befestigung im Gabelschaft. Das hat viel Mühe gekostet das Sicher zu Befestigen.

wenn es möglich ist sollte man die Halterungen am Rahmen mit der Schraubverbindung befestigen. Da die mitgelieferte Schutzhülle des Blechstreifens nicht hält. Ich habe sie jetzt ohne den Gummi am Rahmen befestigt. Es gibt aber zum Nachrüsten keine Alternative, wenn man ein Korb od. Tasche am Lenker befestigt hat.

Bis jetzt konnte ich mich noch nicht so wirklich von den positiven Effekten dieser segensreichen Erfindung überzeugen: Denn sieht man mal von etwas fummeligen Montage (der absolut billigen Klemmung für das Unterrohr ab, die in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis steht) ab, passt der Expander nicht in die am Markt wirklich "selten" vertretenen Marzocchi-Trekkinggabeln, die m.E. die Referenz in diesem Bereich sind!!

Gute Technik, allerdings ist die Versenkung im Lenkerrohr kritisch. Bei mir ist der Konus schon mehrmals herausgefallen. Bei Verlust sind gleich wieder 20 Euro für eine Neuanschaffung fällig. Außerdem wird das Gummi äußerlich brüchig (wahrscheinlich durch Sonnenlicht). Ob das Auswirkungen auf die Funktion hat, kann ich noch nicht sagen.
