Der Werkstatthammer selbst ist nicht schlecht, aber leider mußte ich feststellen, daß das eingeschraubte Kunststoffteil schon von der Herstellung schief eingeschraubt wurde und somit das Gewinde am Kunststoff kaputt war. Ich werde dies auch bei ROSE Bikes reklamieren.

Es tut uns leid, dass der Werkstatthammer defekt ist.
Sobald wir deine Retoure erhalten haben, kümmern wir uns schnellstmöglich um den Vorgang.
