With the VILLACH 2 cycling gloves by ROECKL SPORTS you can brave the elements even when riding your bike on really cold days, because they come with the PRIMALOFT GOLD CROSS CORE insulation with aerogels. Aerogels from the aerospace industry are highly porous structures with very low density that are composed of more than 95% of air. The advantage for gloves: a top ratio of volume to weight to thermal performance. Windproof GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER Soft Shell Elastic on the back of the hand creates a reliable barrier against cold draughts. And to keep the heat inside the glove and ensure a perfect fit, it comes with a long knitted cuff and an elastic wrist strap.
Elastic, breathable ROECK-GRIP synthetic leather on the palm provides a non-slip, highly tactile yet comfortable grip on the bars. The foam padding on the palm enhances comfort, just like the seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION thumb padding. A wipe thumb made from soft WINDSTOPPER Tornado fleece and the TOUCHSCREEN COMPATIBLE function top off this cycling glove, making it your ideal companion for icy winter days.

Highlights & Technologies:
For extra comfort, Roeckl has equipped the sensitive crook of the thumb, which is particularly stressed when cycling, with a seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION padding.
The sensitive nerves running through the carpus are subject to pressure in most hand positions when cycling. The ERGONOMIC CUT developed by ROECKL provides targeted relief for the sensitive hand nerves and thus effectively prevents pressure. The anatomic palm padding provides much more comfort on the handlebar.
PRIMALOFT GOLD INSULATION CROSS CORE:
The Cross Core technology uses aerogels for increased thermal performance. Originally invented by NASA for use in aerospace applications, silica aerogel is comprised of more than 95% air and currently the world’s lightest solid and most effective thermal insulator. It offers an excellent ratio between volume, weight and thermal performance. In addition, it impresses with a very high content of recycled materials.
Non-slip and fine polyurethane material – smooth, breathable and elastic. Exclusively from Roeckl.
Index and thumb of both gloves are made from a special leather or textile fabric, allowing you to operate smartphones, tablets and other touchscreen devices.
WINDSTOPPER Soft Shell Elastic by GORE-TEX LABS:
This combination of softshell and GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER membrane provides optimal protection against cold and wind. It combines the windproof and water-repellent properties of the membrane with the comfort, mobility, and breathability of the softshell material. This makes it ideal for sporting activities in changeable weather.
WINDSTOPPER Tornado Thumb by GORE-TEX LABS:
The windproof, water-resistant and very breathable membrane provides high comfort and versatility. The soft material offers great protection from wind, light rain and road splash, while feeling pleasantly soft on the skin. When used on the thumb, the absorbent material is ideal for quickly wiping off your face during strenuous rides and then immediately going full throttle again.
The reflective design elements attached to the clothing as decorative elements do not represent a personal protective equipment as mentioned in EU regulation 2016/425. Thus, they are also not covered by the provisions of the regulation.
