sehr unintuitiv den Sattel anzubringen. Es ist nicht klar, in welche Richtung die Teile gehen. Ich habe schon so viele Stunden damit verbracht, den Sattel ein paar Mal zu wechseln

Hard to judge while delivery is taking very long.
For already 4 days the package is waiting to be picked up by DHL.
Roses website says it is in DHL dist center, but the DHL website only knows the package number but didn't receive anything yet.
Very disappointed by Roses service.

Ich hatte den schlechten Bewertungen nicht geglaubt - dumm von mir!
Gewinde nicht gut geschnitten, Schrauben zu kurz, beim Anziehen der Schrauben verstellt sich der Neigungswinkel - und das ist nicht so vorgesehen. Dei erste Sattelstütze, mit der ich mich zur Sattelmontage 30 min an die Werkbank begeben musste. Einfach schlecht durchdacht und noch schlechter umgesetzt. Ich brauchte sie dringend, sonst währe sie zurück gegenagen. Ärgerlich.
