Thanks to its relaxed fit, this gravel cycling jersey is extremely comfortable to wear. There is a three-compartment rear pocket with an additional zip pocket at the back to safely transport your valuables or snacks. The ROSE TRAIL merino jersey can be combined with all styles from the ROSE collection.

MERINO WOOL:
Compared to traditional wool, merino wool offers a particularly fine fibre. Because of the extreme weather conditions merino sheep are exposed to in nature, the wool has excellent thermoregulation properties and is capable of wicking moisture away from the body particularly fast. Thus, it creates a warm protective layer for the entire body, even when wet. In contrast to traditional wool, merino wool is not scratchy even when wet. Thus, merino is perfect as a next-to-skin layer. Yet, merino wool is also ideal for warm summer days since its high breathability has a cooling effect. Thanks to a natural sun protection factor, high comfort and fire resistance, merino wool is a very popular fibre.
MULESING FREE:
Mulesing is a widespread surgical procedure in Australia, practised in sheep farming for the production of wool. In this procedure, the sensitive skin on the hindquarters of lambs, which has many wrinkles due to breeding, is cut off with a sharp knife and usually without anaesthesia.
The wool for this product comes from SÜDWOLLE and from sheep that have not been subjected to mulesing, thus setting an example against the torturous procedure.
