The Classic Paddles by sailfish allow for effective swim training to help you improve your muscular endurance and stroke technique for best propulsion in the water. The ergonomic hand paddles are made of 50% polypropylene and 50% TPR (thermoplastic rubber) and are fixed to your hands with silicone straps on middle finger and wrist for excellent comfort. Independent of the hand size, larger paddles are rather suitable for power-based training, whereas smaller paddles are perfect to improve your technique.
Tip: If you are a newcomer, you should choose hand paddles that are only slightly bigger than your hands to get used to the resistance.
