The Marathon has been the epitome of the perfect hybrid and touring bike tyre for years
The GreenGuard insert is made of 3 mm thick, highly elastic natural rubber. Its inner values are also green, as one third of the GreenGuard insert is made from recycled latex products. The Endurance Compound withstands for much longer the typical cracking resulting from overloading due to insufficient air pressure.

Binnen twee jaar zijn de wangen van de band gescheurd en aan vervanging toe.
Wel mooi jammer want het loopvlak is nog zo goed als nieuw.

Hatte jetzt schon 2 Reifen mit Qualitätsmängeln, bei einem war die Lauffläche schief, der andere hatte einen starken Höhenschlag. Relativ schwer in 25-622, aber Laufleistung auf dem Hinterrad ca. 6000km

Nach nochmaligem Anlauf den Reifen ordentlich auf die Felge zu ziehen hat es mit viel Fett/Vaseline am Reifen und an der Felgenflanke geklappt. Wichtig ist auch ein Felgenband daß auf keinen Fall zu breit ist und an der Felgenflanke hochragt.
