SHIMANO Ultegra RT-CL800 Brake Disc incl. Lockring (internally splined)

Super-silent and extremely robust: When developing the RT-CL800 disc rotor, SHIMANO paid even more attention to optimal heat dissipation. The goal: Prevent heat-related deformation for even quieter braking – without compromising on weight, stopping power and stability.

For this purpose, the design of the spider was specially adapted, resulting in a more stable construction overall. The proven ICE TECH FREEZA technology also ensures first-class heat management at the friction ring. The ring’s sandwich construction with an aluminium core between two stainless steel layers effectively dissipates heat via the integrated cooling fins – for increased resistance against fading and improved braking performance. You can therefore rely on the reliable braking performance of the RT-CL800 brake disc even on long, steep descents in all conditions.

Attention:
The lockring version with internal splines is suitable for quick release hubs (QR) and most thru axle hubs up to 12mm diameter. ATTENTION: In some cases, you may also need the lockring with external splines for 12mm thru axles (prod. code: 2332826).
