VAUDE AQUA BOX (REC) Handlebar Bag

Whether you're on a Sunday tour or a bike trip – the AQUA BOX (rec) handlebar bag from VAUDE is the ideal companion on your handlebars. The lid of the handlebar box can be conveniently opened towards the bike with the click fastener, so you have quick access to snacks, wallet etc.

The waterproof and recycled material of the bag defies moisture, while the drawstring on the top offers a good place for your bike map or rain jacket. Thanks to the KLICKfix mount, this bag fits your KLICKfix handlebar adapter. If you have already attached it to the bike, all you have to do is click the Aqua Box into place and off you go!

GREEN SHAPE:
VAUDE's quality seal for products that are produced in a particularly environmentally-friendly way. As there is no worldwide standard for the assessment of organic products, VAUDE has developed their own rating system for environmentally friendly outdoor products with strict criteria. GREEN SHAPE labelled products are made from sustainable materials and with resource saving production methods. The criteria are not only strict but also continuously reviewed and involve the entire product lifecycle, ranging from development through to product care and recycling after use. The aim of this rating system is to minimize the environmental impact.

GRÜNER KNOPF (“GREEN BUTTON”):
The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. 26 social and ecological criteria are considered for each product. The companies must prove their human rights, social and ecological responsibilities.

KLICKfix:
With a click you can easily attach your gear to the bike. The adapter locks automatically and can be unlocked with just the press of a button. This makes it easy to transport your accessories.

PET RECYCLING:
Depending on model and size, one recycled VAUDE bag is made of up to 12 PET bottles. The outer fabric of the models is 55% made from PET yarn and inside, 100 per cent of recycled materials are used. PET recycling helps reduce environmental pollution by nearly 50% compared to new productions.

PVC FREE:
This VAUDE seal means that this product is made entirely without PVC (polyvinylchloride). The material used looks like lorry tarpaulin and is just as durable and waterproof, yet consists of polyurethane coated textile fabric instead of PVC. PVC often contains plasticizers (phthalates) that are suspected of having negative health impacts.

The reflective design elements attached as decorative elements do not represent a personal protective equipment as mentioned in EU regulation 2016/425. Thus, they are also not covered by the provisions of the regulation.
