Xenofit’s Energy Hydro Gel provides you with carbohydrates, zinc as well as vitamin C. The highlight: It is more liquid than Xenofit’s regular energy gel so you can take it without adding water.
The gel not only provides short-chain, quickly available sugars like fructose and glucose, but also the longer-chain maltodextrin, which is absorbed more slowly by the body. The gel provides you with 26g of carbohydrates per serving during exercise. The flavours mate/lemon and cola also contain caffeine.
