SQlab 612 ERGOWAVE R Carbon Road Bike Saddle

The 612 ERGOWAVE R Carbon is shorter and narrower than other SQlab saddles in the 612 model range. This makes it ideal for very sporty, forward-leaning riding positions where a higher proportion of your body weight rests on the nose of the saddle. Thanks to the carbon saddle rails, it is also extremely light.

The waisted design in combination with the narrow saddle nose ensures plenty of flexibility and less friction on the saddle flanks. In addition, the significantly raised rear of the 612 R puts you in a defined riding position, giving you more support and preventing unwanted slipping. This is ideal fo high intensity, long straights or powerful climbs that require consistently high performance. In addition, the central recess – the so-called dip – has been specifically lengthened compared to its predecessor in order to reduce pressure on sensitive parts when riding in the stretched position.

And although the saddle is very light, it is not too hard. The saddle shell of the 612 ERGOWAVE R Carbon combines high longitudinal stiffness with targeted lateral flex so that the saddle can follow your pedalling movements. The firm padding, the non-slip cover and the reduced use of materials ensure a direct, sporty ride – ideal for road bike enthusiasts and those who count every gram!
