The FollowMe Tandem coupling set allows you to safely guide your child through traffic. Just as you like, your child can either cycle individually or be towed. Thus, you can also manage longer tours and slowly make your child familiar with traffic situations.

Details:
• Installation: Hub and supports are installed once on the adult’s and child’s bicycle. A quick release skewer or respective axle adapters are used for the adult’s bike, a frame clamp for the child’s bike. The latter fits all tube shapes. The FollowMe system makes coupling a child’s bike very easy – you don’t even need any tools. Neither a child bike trailer hitch nor a bike stand will prevent installation.
• Stow away FollowMe: After use, you can fold the FollowMe and hook it up on the rear rack or saddle with a carabiner hook. If you want to ride without your child, you can quickly remove the complete FollowMe coupling from your bike.
• Cycling together, with FollowMe, you can transport a second child’s seat or your shopping on a carrier
• You can couple your child’s cycle in no time and without tools or additional parts in a few short moves
• The two-point support at hub level ensures safety, ride comfort, and stability because there is no leverage as with conventional supports attached to the saddle tube
• FollowMe can be quickly and compactly stowed away in a car, in a cycle room, or on a train.
• A child seat, carrier and side pannier bags are possible without limit
• Adjustable for all the kids bike wheel sizes from 12" - 20" (age 3-9)
• Suitable for all 26" and 28" city, mountain (incl. full suspension bikes), racing and touring cycles etc. with quick-release skewer wheel attachment

Ich bin komplett enttäuscht. Das Produkt ist nicht gebrauchsfertig, weil jeder Adapter separat gekauft werden muss. Letzten Endes können wir das Gerät derzeit im Urlaub nicht nutzen, weil ein Adapter fehlt und im örtlichen Handel nicht erhältlich ist.
Nicht empfehlenswert!! 🤬

Habe ich an mein Giant Toughroad angebaut, funktioniert mit einigen Einschränkungen prima.

Mordsschwer, das Teil (wiegt so viel wie mein Fahrrad selbst). Nicht zu unterschätzen ist, dass das Fahrrad damit "länger" wird, da starr mit dem Kinderrad kombiniert. Die Fahrt wird damit vorn deutlich instabiler, da Bewegungen von hinten sich unmittelbar auf meine eigene Stabilität auswirken. Macht physisch irgendwie Sinn, kam aber unerwartet. Die Fahrt mit einem Anhänger war deutlich entspannter, ruhiger.
Mit der Kupplung muss man klar mehr aufpassen.

Lieferung top und der Artikel ist super. Mit der Tandemkupplung können wir nun mit unserer 6 jährigen Tochter größere Strecken zurücklegen. Die Montage an unser eBike ging problemlos, jedoch mit Hilfe von Videos aus dem Netz ;) Alles in allem top!

Sehr cooles Teil, der Anbau war etwas Kniffelig, aber danach geht's super easy. Die erste große Tour hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Vom fahrgefühl ist es mit dem eines Anhänger vergleichbar.
