Burley Bicycle Trailer Coupling

Made from robust steel, this coupling allows you to attach your Burley trailer to the rear axle mount of your bike. It is suitable for bicycles with quick-release, thru-axle* or solid axle hubs up to a diameter of 12 mm.

The coupling piece is mounted with your existing axle on the rear axle mount on the frame and then remains permanently on the bike.

*Attention:
If you want to use the coupling with a thru axle, you will need a longer one than the one previously fitted. The required length and thread pitch of the axle is individual and depends on your personal bike. A Burley thru axle with a thread pitch of 12 x 1.0 mm, which replaces a thru axle with a length of 158 mm-174 mm (installation width 142-148 mm), can be found under prod. code: 2346178.
