CyclOn Wax Melter Wax Heater

The CyclOn Pro Wax Melter is a professional hot waxing device for waxing bicycle chains.

The device has an integrated thermostat and enables precise control from 35 to 125 degrees. Thanks to the TEMP mode, the temperature remains constant, while the RES mode allows you to set a practical preset time (timer) so that the wax is ready for use on time.
The CyclOn Wax Melter was specially developed for use with CyclOn Pro Chain Hot Wax, but also works with other types of wax.

Tip:
The Pro Chain product range from CyclOn offers you everything you need to switch to efficient and gentle hot wax lubrication. From the Pro Chain Stripper chain cleaner (prod. code: 1641770001) for preparation to the the Pro Chain hot wax (prod. code: 1647940001) to the Pro Chain Wax for quick relubrication of the waxed chains (prod. code: 1641780001), everything is perfectly coordinated.

Note:
Clean the chain thoroughly with the CyclOn Pro Chain Stripper. Remove all oil and grease residues completely and dry the chain carefully. Heat the Cyclon Pro Chain hot wax to 75-85°C. Wait until the wax has completely melted and immerse the chain completely. Leave the wax to soak in for 15 minutes and remove the chain. Hang it up so that the wax hardens completely.

ATTENTION: 
For safety reasons, you should wear gloves and safety goggles when using the hot wax.
