The heart rate monitor combines advanced training and recovery analysis with modern biosensor technology – including ECG function on the wrist, SpO2 measurement (blood oxygen measurement) and skin temperature tracking to monitor your physical performance 24/7.   With a battery life of up to 7 days in smartwatch mode and up to 90 hours in eco training mode, the Polar Grit X2 is a reliable companion on long tours.
