The water-resistant Polar H9 sensor with Polar Soft chest strap stands out for extremely accurate heart rate measurement, high flexibility as well as ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity. Thus, you can use it for cycling, running, fitness training or swimming.

The plug-on heart rate sensor tracks your heart rate data and transfers it in real time to compatible training aids. Therefore, the Polar H9 is the perfect complement to your training watch, bike computer, training device or smartphone.
This sensor is designed for the high demands of ambitious leisure and endurance athletes and provides accurate heart rate measurement any time. The intelligent combination of Polar’s soft strap made from a soft fabric and adaptable electrodes makes the textile chest strap especially receptive to the electric signals of the heart – allowing for fast and accurate heart rate tracking. All this even under water, as the 5 KHz technology ensures interference-free transmission despite unfavourable conditions.

Polar’s H9 sensor can be connected to ANT+ and another Bluetooth device simultaneously. Thus, you can see your data on your bike computer and your smartphone with fitness/training app for subsequent analysis. Apart from running watches, smartwatches and bike computers, the Polar H9 heart rate monitor is compatible with a wide range of fitness apps to transfer your heart beat to your iOS or Android smartphone in real time. To get live heart rate data right on the screen of your phone, you can download the free fitness and training app Polar Beat. The app allows you to individually plan your training sessions, analyse your overall fitness and share your fitness index. The Polar Smart Coaching function even offers audio guidance to your headphones during your workout to help you increase your fitness level. In order to reach your goals faster, there are additional features like fitness tests (incl. orthostatic tests), EnergyPointer and efficiency planning options.
