Our popular Stabilus bike stand now creates even more space in your home!
The ROSE Rastplatz Stabilus Vertical bike stand is the successor to our best-selling Stabilus (product code 2256935), which now also allows you to position your bike vertically in the stand. This makes it particularly suitable for confined spaces in bicycle cellars, garages or flats - and all without drilling.
Due to the open and wide construction the Stabilus Vertical is suitable for hybrid, gravel or road bikes as well as mountain bikes with 27.5” or 29” wheels. The movable undercarriage bracket mounts the rear wheel securely in the stand, while the front wheel is hooked into the height-adjustable extension.
Of course, you can also mount your bike in a horizontal position with the front or rear wheel in front - as with the other Stabilus. The vertical arm can be quickly mounted or dismounted as required. This way you stay flexible and can also use the ROSE Stabilus Vertical as a stand for smaller work on your bike.

If you want to mount the bike into the stand without touching the stand itself I don’t think that’s possible. After mounting the rear wheel into the base you have to adjust at least the lower one of the front wheel holders in order to the front wheel to be hold securely. According my understanding the upper front wheel holder touches the rim and the lower front wheel holder is moved to stabilize and secure the front wheel. When unmouting the bike the lower holder must be released and moved down. I needed a rubber hammer to fit the vertical stand into the base. Also the holes of the parts didn’t align without using force when putting this thing together. Not convinced of the quality of this product. However once assembled and all screws tightened this feels very solid for a carbon frame gravel.
