The Shave steerer tube adapter provides a precise connection between the steerer tube and the one-piece cockpit.
In order to be able to route the cables through the head tube of your frame, the steerer tube of your bike is not round, but slightly oval. A steerer tube adapter must be fitted in the upper part of the steerer tube to ensure that the stem is still securely clamped. This steerer tube adapter is already pre-assembled and must be positioned on the steerer tube when fitting the One Piece Cockpit.
