SHIMANO DEORE XT SL-M8200-R RAPIDFIRE PLUS 12-speed Shifter (Clamp Mount)

The redesigned lever ergonomics, featuring a shorter lever travel, an optimised lever angle and a precise shifting feel, ensure comfortable and intuitive operation.

Thanks to RAPIDFIRE PLUS, INSTANT RELEASE, 2-WAY RELEASE and MULTI RELEASE, gear changes are particularly quick and precise. The main lever can be used to change up to three gears at once, whilst the release lever can be operated either by pressing it with the thumb or by pulling it with the index finger. 

The handlebar clamp mounting allows for flexible positioning on the cockpit and, together with the neat cable routing, helps to create a tidy look. A replaceable grip pad on the main lever provides even better grip and reduces the risk of slipping in wet conditions or on challenging terrain.
