Supernova M99 DY PRO Dynamo Front Light with High Beam Function

With the M99 DY PRO from SUPERNOVA, you get a super-bright dynamo front light that easily fulfils even the highest demands. 

In addition to the powerful low beam, the front light has a switchable high beam that can be operated using the wired handlebar switch. When activated, it provides up to 1000 lumens. This is bright enough to find your way safely even in the darkest night and to see far ahead. The high beam light illuminates bends much better than a low beam, even when the bike is tilted sharply. Nothing stands in the way of rapid descents. And you also benefit from the upward-radiating light in the forest, as it allows you to recognise low-hanging branches at an early stage.

The M99 DY PRO outputs direct current at the connection cable for the rear light. However, many rear lights from other manufacturers require alternating current to function correctly. It is therefore advisable to connect a Supernova rear light to the M99 DY PRO.

In principle, the M99 DY Pro is suitable for operation with any standard 6V/3W hub dynamo. The SONdelux from the manufacturer Schmidts Original hub dynamo is an exception. Due to the flatter voltage curve of this model, the M99 DY Pro does not reach full power, and the high beam is only available at a significantly higher speed. The SON28 is more suitable.
