With the MEN'S MATERA WARM BIB TIGHTS II thermal bib tights by VAUDE, long tours are fun even in cold temperatures. The WINDPROOF PRO material protects critical areas of your legs from the cold wind, while soft fleece ensures comfort and cosy warmth. 

The cut mesh straps are light and loose, yet have the power to hold the tights and T-PAD in place. This seat pad was specially developed for long tours and provides full support, especially in a more upright sitting position on your next ride – regardless of the surface!

Highlights & Technologies:

WINDPROOF PRO:
The combination of two different material technologies: Windproof, robust and breathable materials are used. These are strategically placed at the body to perfectly support the athlete’s performance.

STRETCH:
The material’s high elasticity is achieved through a high percentage of elastane or through a special knitting / weaving technology. The elasticity of the material increases comfort, performance and freedom of movement.

T-PAD:
The "T" in the name stands for "Trail & Travel" and thus directly describes its ideal purpose: This pad is made for adventurous journeys, leisurely tours and fast-paced trails. The soft foam of the pad offers a pleasant combination of high support and great freedom of movement.

This standard for clothing and textile outdoor products was developed by VAUDE in 2010. Since 2025, it has been supported and further developed as an independent standard by Green Shape e.V. It includes a certification programme with high environmental requirements, including for materials, production and the product life cycle, as well as for the measurability and transparency of these requirements. 
The Green Shape brand is a registered EU certification mark.

GRÜNER KNOPF (“GREEN BUTTON”):
The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. This seal also verifies corporate due diligence with regard to human rights and ecological criteria. The publisher of the GREEN BUTTON seal is the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Likewise, the GREEN BUTTON is a national and European certification mark. The certification programme is based on ISO 17065 and is validated by the German Accreditation Body.
