Description

Hot and dangerous – the BLACK LAVA 3 is our high-end touring bike on a whole new level. Superlight aluminium frame, with grounded and filled welds in carbon look – athletic, trendy and thought out down to the last detail. The eye-catcher and technical gem is clearly the drivetrain. Rohloff’s Speedhub probably is the most advanced gear hub currently available on the market. It is precise, smooth-running and comes with a low weight. The 14 gears are combined with a silent carbon drive belt that stands out for high efficiency and is virtually wear-free. We have adapted the frame of the BLACK LAVA 3 perfectly for it – with a derailleur hanger exclusively for a Rohloff snubber and an eccentric crankset for uncomplicated tensioning of the belt. High-quality details like internal cable routing or specially developed Wingee aluminium mudguards give the BLACK LAVA 3 its unmistakable look and make it perfectly suitable for everyday life. The front has a lot to offer as well: The B + M IQ-X front light with 100 lux convinces with sensor-controlled daytime running light and an elegant aluminium housing.

Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Radl zufrieden.
Allerdings höre ich beim Treten unter starker Last z.B. Bergauf ein Klacken das ich nicht zuordnen kann und bei dem ich mir nicht sicher bin ob es so gehört. Ich wollte jetzt einen Service Termin über die Website ausmachen erhalte aber keinen Termin. Laut Website ist bis Juni 2024 kein Termin verfügbar, weiter hab ich den Kalender nicht durchgeklickt. Auch das, dass Radl ohne funktionierenden Gepäckträger bei einem Preis von 3.800 Euro ausgeliefert wird hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Zumal der einzige kompatible Snap-IT Adapter dann bei euch nicht vorrätig ist.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Bestellprozess, nicht auf den Artikel. Das Rad habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich habe am 29.04. die Rechnung bekommen und am 03.05. wurde der Gesamtbetrag für das Rad von meinem Konto abgebucht. Das Rad habe ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage über die Hotline nicht erhalten. Auch die Filiale Köln ist nicht mit mir in Kontakt getreten. E-Mail und Mobil-Nr. sind ROSE bekannt. Bei zwei persönlichen Besuchen in der Filiale Köln (20. und 23.05) war es nicht möglich, mir das Rad zu übergeben. Ich habe daraufhin auf eine Rückbuchung bestanden, welche auch gewährt wurde (23.05.) Leider ist der Betrag bis heute nicht auf meinem Konto eingegangen. Zwischenzeitlich ist ein Auslieferungstermin für den 01.06. in der Filiale Köln vereinbart. Ich bin gespannt, wie dieser verlaufen wird... Zusammenfassend kann ich nur meine Unzufriedenheit und Frustration über den Bestell-/Abholprozess äußern. Die ROSE-Kommunikation mit mir als Kunden empfinde ich als mangelhaft, obwohl das Personal der Hotline und in der Filiale Köln sehr freundlich ist. Am Ende zählt das Ergebnis und das bedeutet in meinem Fall: Geld (unabgestimmt) bezahlt, aber Rad (noch) nicht erhalten.
