Comfortable and versatile: The STRATHCONA Pants II by VAUDE have been upgraded and now come in a new fit. The robust, double-woven material is almost entirely made from recycled material and, thanks to a high percentage of elastane, ensures a comfortable fit and good freedom of movement. The softshell-like trousers come with a concealed zipped easy-access pocket, a leg pocket and a zipped back pocket.

Highlights & Technologies:
WINDPROOF 80:
Extremely wind-resistant thanks to a high density of the fabric (weave, treatment or finish). What remains is a pleasantly cooling breeze which provides good breathability. This technology is suitable for use in windy weather.
ECO FINISH:
VAUDE products with ECO FINSIH are produced to be water-repellent, without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). PFC is a group of chemicals used to make the outer fabric of a product waterproof. Regular re-treatment is necessary for permanent water and dirt repellence.
STRETCH fabric:
The material’s high elasticity is achieved through a high percentage of elastane or through a special knitting / weaving technology. This elasticity increases comfort and performance thanks to a high freedom of movement.
GREEN SHAPE:
Products with VAUDE's own label fulfil various manufacturer-specific requirements with regard to environmental and social factors, including, for example, material-efficient design, durability, recyclability and reparability. VAUDE checks the entire product life cycle when awarding this label. According to the manufacturer, all VAUDE articles with this label are PFC-free, are largely made from recycled or bio-based materials and also bear the GREEN BUTTON seal.
